Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a technically savvy customer success manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the customer success manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging [redacted] effectively and finding value in our services
- Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
- Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
- Improve onboarding processes
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Job Qualifications and Technical Skill Sets
- Strong understanding of Technical Support and how it fits with the Product Development Lifecycle
- Demonstrated ability to assist customers in managing the ….
- Understand the business drivers in a customer environment and translate this to technical requirements
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work within a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Coordinate customer communication and follow up of remediation activities
